At Hydrowear, we believe that workwear does not have to become waste at the end of its life. That is why we are one of the founders of the Green Gear Alliance. The GGA organizes the entire chain for the circularity of PPE and workwear. This includes on-site collection, pickup, sorting, and processing into new raw materials. You gain insight into the results via a dashboard and can more easily meet UPV objectives.
What do we do? We help you join the GGA and arrange the coordination. You choose locations and volumes, and the GGA does the rest. This way, materials remain in the chain and you have more time for your work.
How does this work in practice?
The GGA ensures that used workwear, work shoes, and other PPE do not end up in the incinerator, but are collected, sorted, and processed. This gives every item of clothing a second life.
